Nelle ultime ore è entrato l’Aliseo più deciso con venti intorno ai 20 nodi che ci hanno permesso di coprire 185 miglia nelle 24/h. Il morale a bordo è alto e ieri dopo 3 pranzi e 3 cene consecutive a base di tonno l’abbiamo finito, adesso sarà il momento delle scatolette, vista la scarsità di verdure e frutta freschi! Abbiamo navigato tutta notte con randa e genoa tangonato.

In the last few hours the stronger trade wind has entered with winds around 20 knots which allowed us to cover 185 miles in 24/h. Morale on board is high and yesterday after 3 consecutive lunches and 3 dinners based on tuna we finished it, now it will be time for the cans, given the scarcity of fresh vegetables and fruit! We sailed all night with the mainsail and genoa attached.
