Oggi è una splendida giornata di sole!
Da ieri il vento è girato e ha rinforzato un po’così nelle ultime 24 ore abbiamo navigato al traverso con genoa e randa. Con il vento è aumentata anche un po’ l’onda e con l’onda i pesci volanti che di notte si schiantano sulla coperta della barca, uno ha deciso di infilarsi in un oblò e di atterrare nel bagno di Filippo…
Subito dopo il tramonto abbiamo individuato una barca all’orizzonte, è la prima che incrociamo da quando siamo partiti così ne abbiamo approfittato per scambiare quattro chicchere alla radio con
Adam! E’ un ragazzo norvegese che sta navigando in solitaria sulla nostra stessa rotta ma e’ partito 22 giorni fa a bordo della sua piccola barca di 26ft (7mt), è quasi a metà strada e così ci siamo dati appuntamento alle Marchesi per una birra!

Today is a beautiful sunny day!
Since yesterday the wind has shifted and strengthened a bit so in the last 24 hours we have been sailing abeam with genoa and mainsail. With the wind the wave also increased a little and with the wave the flying fish that crashed onto the deck of the boat at night, one decided to slip into a porthole and land in Filippo’s bathroom…
Immediately after sunset we spotted a boat on the horizon, it’s the first we’ve come across since we left so we took the opportunity to exchange a few chats on the radio with
Adam! He’s a Norwegian guy who is sailing solo on the same route as us but he left 22 days ago aboard his small 26ft (7m) boat, he’s almost halfway there and so we met in the Marquesas for a beer!
